The Nevada Homeowners Meetup Group is to provide a forum for Nevada Homeowners to discuss various problems that are related to home ownership in Nevada, especially with respect to the role of homeowner associations.

A large percentage of Nevada homes are now in areas controlled by homeowner associations. The presence of this new form of quasi government has brought with it lots of problems as well as some advantages.

What members are saying

I am also weary of how our Management Company is handling our Association and would like help, support, and legal advice on what our options are.

“To hear what's happening in other HOA's with different management companies. I 've been in an HOA since 1994 and have found it to be whatever the directors and management company want it to be to suit their respective egos and misguided judgement.”

“Hello friends and possibly neighbors. I joined this group for several reasons. The biggest reason was to find out more about how HOAs work and to possibly find out what it would take to actually own an HOA company.”
