WOO started a new discussion - Sep 11"I like to know the HOA has rental restriction which only apply to the owners who bought after 2006 but not the owners prior 2006. Such new rule is violating the NRS116.31065 (5) "Must be uniformly enforced.......all unit's owner............"..."
