Not enough notice of Board Meetings?
"Today I received an email from a unit owner who says that her board and management company are not giving enough notice about upcoming board meetings. State law says that they must give 10 days notice...."

"If submitted to arbitration, this might be a close decision. But I believe that most likely an arbitrator or a judge would rule that the new rule could not be enforced because it would be unequal enforcement and therefore contrary to state law."
